Pingra processes account, subscription, and usage data needed to operate the service. This page explains what we collect, why we use it, and how users can request deletion.

We may collect account identifiers, connected Threads account information, subscription status, support messages, and app activity data required to provide Pingra.

2. How we use information

We use this information to authenticate users, connect Threads accounts, power reply and inbox features, verify paid plans, prevent abuse, and improve product quality.

3. AI and reply suggestions

When users request AI-powered suggestions, relevant conversation text and persona or preference data may be processed through AI services to generate draft replies.

4. Payments and app stores

Subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play, and subscription status may also be checked through RevenueCat or our backend systems.

5. Sharing with service providers

We may share limited information with infrastructure, authentication, analytics, payment, and customer support providers only to operate, secure, and improve the service.

6. Retention and deletion

We retain information only as long as necessary for service delivery, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and abuse prevention. Users may request account deletion through the app or our contact channel.

7. Your choices

Depending on applicable law, users may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of certain personal data, and may stop using connected accounts or paid features at any time.
